How much does Superwren cost?
New subscribers get a 3-day free trial with a card required at checkout. Then $99.99 USD per business is charged automatically each month unless you cancel before the trial ends. Returning subscribers pay the monthly price without another introductory trial. Any discount shown at checkout applies. Superwren adds no transaction fees; Stripe processing fees still apply to payments your business receives, including during the trial. Exploring the demo does not start a subscription.
How do I cancel my free trial?
Open Payments in your workspace, select Manage or cancel trial, and complete cancellation in Stripe’s billing portal before the trial end date and time shown. You can use Superwren until your trial ends without a subscription charge. After a paid month starts, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through that paid period.
Do my customers need an account?
No. They open your link, choose a service and time, and enter their name and email. No sign-up or app download.
Can I put it on my existing website?
Yes. Add a button to your website and paste in your booking link. The Share tab also gives you ready-to-copy HTML.
How much can I customize?
Change your business name, introduction, logo, cover photo, gallery, colors, type style, services, prices, and availability. Your preview updates as you edit.
What can I see in my dashboard?
See appointments, customer totals, booked value, and your most popular services. The Example view shows revenue charts with sample data. Demo bookings never count as collected revenue.
Can I use Superwren just for booking?
Yes. Choose “Book now, pay separately” in Payments. Customers book their appointment without paying through Superwren, and you arrange payment your way, such as cash, your own card reader, or another payment service. Add payment instructions for customers to see before booking and in their confirmation. You do not need to connect a Stripe account for this option. Your Superwren software subscription still applies.
Can I accept payments with Stripe?
Yes. Choose “Pay at booking with Stripe” in Payments and connect your business’s Stripe account. Once Stripe confirms your account is ready, customers pay for eligible bookings through Stripe Checkout. Superwren adds no transaction fee; Stripe processing fees apply. Demo bookings never charge a card.
Is this ready for real customer bookings?
Your page and customer appointments are saved online. Publish your page from Share & embed to accept bookings across devices. An active Superwren plan is required for new bookings. A ready Stripe account is only required when you collect payments online. Booking updates are sent by email. The preview on this page stays a clearly labeled demo.
