SUPERWREN
Privacy notice
The information Superwren uses to run booking pages, manage subscriptions, and keep customers and businesses up to date.
Updated September 7, 2026
Who this notice covers
Superwren is operated by RTM Brands LLC, based in Tempe, Arizona.
This notice describes information handled through Superwren’s website and software. When you book with a business, that business also receives your booking information and is responsible for how it uses that information to provide its service. Its own privacy practices may also apply.
Information we use
- Business accounts: sign-in identifiers and profile information, business name and handle, public descriptions and images, services, prices, availability, and time zone.
- Bookings and memberships: customer name and email, appointment details, optional notes, membership terms, paid periods, session allowances, and redemption history.
- Payment records: Stripe account, customer, checkout, subscription, payment, and refund references, together with amounts, currencies, and payment status. Superwren’s booking forms do not collect full card numbers or card security codes.
- Communications and technical records: support messages, transactional email content and delivery status, session information, and technical request information used to operate the service and limit abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, publish booking pages, manage availability, confirm appointments, administer paid plans and memberships, process payment updates and refunds, send relevant service emails, respond to support requests, and protect the service against misuse.
Business images and the information you choose to publish on a booking page are publicly accessible. Do not upload private documents or include sensitive information in public content or appointment notes.
Service providers and sharing
We use providers to deliver Superwren:
- Clerk handles business-owner sign-in and authentication sessions.
- Supabase stores application records and uploaded business images.
- Stripe handles hosted payment checkout, subscription billing, merchant onboarding, and payment verification.
- Resend handles transactional emails and support email delivery.
- Vercel hosts the website and application.
Providers receive the information needed for their role and may process it in countries where they operate. Stripe collects payment and merchant-verification details through its hosted interfaces under its own terms and privacy information.
The business you book with receives the details needed to manage your appointment or membership. We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to address fraud or threats to the service.
Cookies and browser storage
Superwren uses authentication and membership-session cookies to keep account and membership access working. Browser storage also supports booking receipts, retry protection, and saved demo settings. Clearing that storage can sign you out, remove a saved demo, or require you to recover access to a receipt or membership.
The current application does not include advertising pixels. Service providers may maintain their own security, operational, and account records.
Retention and your requests
Records are kept to provide the service, maintain booking and payment history, respond to support requests, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete account or business records.
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information held by Superwren, email support@superwren.com. We may need to verify your identity and clarify which records you mean. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, payment, or dispute-related reasons.
For information controlled by a business you booked with, contact that business as well. Requests to Superwren do not automatically remove copies that another business or payment provider is required to keep.
Questions and updates
Contact support@superwren.com with privacy questions. Please do not include passwords, full card numbers, or API keys in your message. Changes to this notice will be published here with an updated date.
